About

We are a craft beer brewery start-up, turning our dream of good beer and good music into reality with RIDDIM BREWING COMPANY. We want to start very small, and stay very much local. Our goal is to have 2 flagship ales and go from there: a really good I.P.A. for the hop-lovers and a really good chocolate stout for the sweet-lovers.

Mission

To make good beer and have fun. Simple as that. We take traditional beer styles and put a slight twist on them to expose beer lovers to new flavors and ideas. Of course, one of our goals is to also build a base of customers so we can open a larger brewery and get more of our delicious beer out into the market.

More so, we want our customers to be able to hang out, drink our fresh beer, listen to a local live musicians, and eat food from a local food truck. We want to serve our community through fundraising for local charities, offer brewing education, invite local artists and musicians to showcase their talents, promote local food truck by giving them a place to serve their food, and even allow local musicians to use our space to practice or jam.

Description

RIDDIM BREWING CO. was born from our love for craft beer and reggae music, really music in general. Right now we are just starting the process, entering competitions, meeting other brewers and beer drinkers, getting the word out about our plan. Next comes the business plan, filing all the paperwork and securing the funds to launch! We plan to put together a Kickstarter campaign to help us with the costs of equipment and leasing a brewing space.
